Often I see worn-out belts due to time in old cars, and even noticed this in relatively new ones too. The procedure is roughly the same for almost any belt. Let's get started.

Remove the belt

Prepare special tools. A wire loop with a diameter of about 2mm

Find an opening in the housing of the pulley

Next, place the pulley approximately as it is installed in the car and pull the belt to its limit

On the rotating drum where the belt was wound, you can see a corresponding hole; align these holes and insert our locking device.

The edge of the tape is inserted into the cut on the shaft of the pulley.

Push the belt through the slot in the shaft and remove the lock.

Pull out the tape through the slot.

Done
Next, everything needs to be well documented, photographed or memorized.

You need to remove all accessories that are mounted on the tape.

Once again, remember how and in what order all elements were arranged.

Then search for a suitable length and color belt online, purchase it, go to the nearest shoemaker, sew it according to the sample of the old belt, and reassemble everything in reverse order.
Good luck everyone!
