Hello everyone :)

When I bought the car, it turned out that there was one screw missing from the exhaust collector.

And in that place it was constantly leaking and there were unpleasant sounds. It worried me a lot(

I decided to change it. Ordered a gasket

You can see the number in the photo

By the way, it fits from m-eu, 5m-eu, m-u, m-teu.

And I disassembled my collector

Here you can see how the old gasket burned out where there was no screw

And here is the broken screw

Started looking for someone who would do this. Found one person who was willing to take it on.

He welded a stump onto the broken screw, put a nut on it and welded that in place. The first three attempts were unsuccessful. It worked on the fourth try

And everything turned out! No need to remove the head, no drilling (it's very inconvenient there)

Here is how this screw looks like)

The thread itself was on the screw, all the rest he welded. Big thanks to Sergey :)

I put back the collector and tightened it. Installed a new gasket. But I don't know yet if everything works properly, when idling everything's fine but under heavy load strange noises appear. For now I think it's due to incorrect ignition timing. But that's another story)
