Information taken from here and here
As is known, the rear suspension is structurally the same from h41 to h61 body types; the difference lies only in geometric dimensions. This information applies to all. On some versions, ventilated brakes are installed around. When searching for a brake disc, it shows this number Bosch 0 986 479 R55 brake disc KWBB.This is exactly what we need. It can still be purchased at the moment.

It comes in such packaging

However, ventilated discs are thicker by 7mm than non-ventilated ones. This difference extends outwardly, and on the outside, we have a static bracket. This creates an issue when installing new brake pads.

You can temporarily install (spacers) larger diameter bolts before the support bracket to move it outwards.

But it is highly desirable to make a metal spacer (7mm thick) so there is no axial displacement of the bracket and also extend the bolts that pass through and secure the pads! It would be wise to use 7mm longer bolts for mounting the bracket too. To restore factory reliability.
There is another option though. If such discs are available, then brackets for them must exist as well. From rare turbo Soarer and Mark II versions, you can still find these brackets; here are their dimensions

With them everything looks harmonious and correct
