decided to make a fully adjustable front end based on the experience of my queen for freedom of action)
finding coilovers is a big problem, buying something and adapting it is almost the same as making it yourself, since old year - stands are outdated (the entire structure of the barrel and boot) only toe-in and caster adjustments in stock, so - will be a custom job)
-Custom split lower control arms with adjustability (now can set from +1cm wider than stock arm width to +5cm), decided to make them for bushings, it is still a daily driver, ball joints up top will do, made new sleeves for modern bushings from Accord as my factory ones are hard to find and these are heavier and more accessible, ball joints remained stock as they are easy to find)
-Steering tie rods (had to lengthen along with expanding the control arms, simultaneously had to replace all end links both inner and outer plus the stabilizer link and helper arm, basically had to buy everything new since what was there was in bad shape)
-Top mounts with camber adjustment on ball joint bolt. Bolt is from s14
-Tensides remained stock, thankfully factory has threads until morning)
-Stabilizer much thicker and sturdier than the factory one I got with the car)
-Koilovers made from original struts, machined from billet for threaded part, and cups with nuts, decided to galvanize everything so there will be no issues with the threaded part, found narrow springs with constant pitch of about 6 kg stiffness and gas-oil cartridges
waiting for engine assembly to test what I've got, a few photos in rough form post-test everything will come off and be painted (thanks Carcustoms for assistance)
