The front suspension was completely replaced, so I won't write about the work done; everything will be clear from the photos and captions. Special thanks to my father for bearing the painting, welding, and lathe work.

Front Suspension Kit:

Bolts with upper mounts from S14

Hubs and brake assemblies GX81

Steering knuckles GX81

Brake hoses GX81

Pillars to hubs, lathe work Handmade

Rings for upper mounts, cut on a machine Handmade

Reinforced and rebuilt control arms GX61

Stabilizer bar GX61 (much stronger and sturdier than the original)

Front stabilizer bushing made of polyurethane 1-01-202

Polyurethane bushings for stabilizer links 0-02-016

Stock MX41 tensioners

Holes had to be enlarged slightly, no more than a millimeter

Reinforcement and base for the strut brace made of steel 4mm fits tightly and prevents the pillars from breaking

Steering wheel set to positive camber position

Maximum negative camber setting

The pillar is made from an unpainted hydraulic cylinder so there's no doubt about its strength

Same but painted and with brake hose attachments

Air vent hole, threaded to be plugged later

Strut adjusted to the required height

Control arm GX61

Reinforced stabilizer link bolt diameter 10 (stock is 8)

Polyurethane 0-02-016 for 10mm diameter with a 14mm flange welded on for tight fit to the control arm, also 14mm washers were welded

Brake assemblies, plans are to reinforce them; that's why GX81 hubs were chosen.

Final result: spring stiffness 8kg, 36 adjustability settings for dampers.
