The upper mount number for the strut 48609-22010 is required, but there's an alternative part from the 60th body RBI T13RX60F. There might be slight differences in bolts and you may need to slightly enlarge the hole. This depends on the car's manufacturing year. On newer years - everything fits bolt-to-bolt.

Among important details is a new white gasket 90303-22049 between the upper plate and the mount – one per strut. The gasket protects the mount bearing from below.
Also, in the lower plate of this cartridge, gently hammer in a screw approximately 22mm long, about 10mm high - then the top of the shock absorber will sit at the right height and be secured by the new KYB bolt exactly where it should go.
A new tube nut comes with two options (with different thread pitch) along with a new rod nut in the shock absorber kit.

Small difficulties can arise when unscrewing the original tube nut of the shock absorber. To make this easier, I screwed the hub of the strut to the free wheel and placed it flat, standing on top for stability. I started loosening the nut with a hammer and chisel, and it quickly began to move.
In addition to regular tools, you will need a couple of reliable spring clamps for the job.
