I spent a lot of time compiling detailed information on the pinouts of some of the most essential connectors for which there is virtually no information available. I decided to thoroughly test everything, study it, and draw it based on the Japanese diagrams that are available online.
The pinout is relevant for the first generation 1G-GTE engine with a water intercooler, but I believe much of it will be similar for other configurations.
