Hello everyone.
Before the New Year holidays, I was tidying up the garage and came across the air conditioning tubes. I periodically moved them from place to place, postponing plans to deal with them indefinitely, although everything was available. In the end, space in the drawer ran out)) and I realized that in the new year, I wouldn't be moving them around anymore. The radiator of the air conditioner with a filter dehumidifier I had already installed over the summer… so all that remained to complete the mechanical system was to install tubes from the radiator to the air conditioner compressor, and from the compressor itself to the pressure regulator.
Collected the tubes and took everything to the TIG welder.
In the end, this is what happened.

The pressure sensor in the standard system must definitely be connected; otherwise, the air conditioner won't start from the control panel.
Next, I'll touch on the electronics a bit.
Starting the compressor on UZ requires a command code sent through the MPX wire to the engine ECU. The stock climate control system sends this code… in other words, it's all digital. To avoid setting up this circuitry, you can buy a red box from Yuri in Moscow; I think almost everyone on Drive2 knows him)

This box is multifunctional and activates the following systems:
ELS — idle speed stabilization under electrical load on the onboard network.
A/C — engagement of the compressor clutch
PWR — transmission mode
SNOW — transmission mode
Important!
ELS can be disabled if necessary; otherwise, this function is always enabled. If you're using a dashboard and instrument cluster from UZS171 in your project, when you turn on the ignition, the 'position lights' indicator will light up on the dashboard. I solved this problem simply by cutting the tracks leading to the lamp and soldering wires from the stock wiring harness of body 71, where a 12V voltage appears when turning the switch under the steering wheel (turning on position lights/low beam).

Regarding PWR/SNOW modes… there was a conflict.
I connected these modes according to the schematic by involving the instrument cluster control unit.

In the end, when I turn on any of these modes from the button, the red box sends an opposite command and disables the mode.
To avoid this, all you need is to ask Yuri to remove this function from the adapter.

Air conditioning control. A/C mode
There's also a small peculiarity here. Each mode of the device is activated by sending ground (-) to the corresponding wire, but in the stock wiring harness of body 71 for engaging the compressor clutch, the control wire has +12V. Therefore, I simply used a relay… and sent ground through its contacts) to the adapter's A/C function input.

Not much can be understood from the pictures alone), didn't want to disassemble)
I recommend checking the fuse and everything being in place on the passenger side). My automatic climate mode wasn't working, and the air conditioner wouldn't turn on from the panel; consequently, there was no +12V signal going to engage the compressor clutch. I struggled for a long time… even bought a second heater box... thinking that the problem was with some sensor in it (but all simply lacked a fuse).

If everything is fine, the pressure sensor in the refrigerant recirculation system is connected and the system is charged, then on pin 13 you should get +12V when turning on the air conditioner from the panel. See schematic below.

If there's no refrigerant in the system, simply bridge the pressure sensor connector.

Thanks everyone)
