If it's not possible to find original silencers, you can always use a website for selecting silencer kits by size

The best option for a silencer in the lever: Patron PSE1847 length trimming is required, see article below

Silencer in frame rail:MR316028 you need to make an insert at a lathe, see article below

Other options for silencers in levers:

Internal:

1. Support Point 3-06-1797 — slightly longer but the diameter is not 36mm but 35.9mm, welding required. Not the best option. Description and photos at the end of the article.

2. masuma RU-210 — add two washers 2.5mm each side — worried about whether the bolt will spin on the washers.

External:

1. Support Point 706368 — grind down the inner both by a couple of mm and sand the skirt. Fits perfectly. Description and photos at the end of the article.

2. masuma RU-336 — grind down the inner both by a couple of mm and sand the skirt.

Silencer sizes for levers:

Internal.

Outer sleeve diameter: 36mm.

Inner sleeve diameter: 14mm.

Length of internal sleeve (sleeve): 70mm.

External:

Outer sleeve diameter: 36mm.

Inner sleeve diameter: 12mm.

Length of internal sleeve (sleeve): 65mm.

The purchased silencers fit into the frame rail like butter. The hole which was 29mm instead of 18mm, a bushing was turned to size and installed, after which the hole became one diameter.

The problem with rear silencers is also resolved, again suitable from Mitsubishi springs, just needed cutting down to size.

Why didn't it work with original silencers? They are very expensive and even if you try to order them there's a refusal. It turned out simpler to measure own ones and find similar and all was ready.

UPD!: Not all silencers that appear as alternatives fit the model. They may be in the catalog by chance. Do not take J12154, despite it being listed as an alternative for the silencers mentioned in this article. Almost perfect fit: MAB124

Presses well into shape. Only needs modification to sleeve and bush.

The next issue is that bolts for external silencers are m12, but the mounting in the silencer is m14. Perhaps an insert could be installed or the bolt hole enlarged to m14, but there's another way.

Cut out/make locking washers for adjustment bolt. Weld them at 90° angle relative to the frame rail. If you lower your car and plan to adjust camber to zero, the adjustment should be centered compared to factory hole. For negative camber, it should be in the lowest position relative to the factory hole. Strengthening of the frame rail is mandatory after all modifications as the load increases.

The bush sizes are 65 for external and 70 for internal silencers.

The outer sleeves differ by 7mm from these values if made according to factory specs.
