Failed to remove the bolt during the replacement of the wiper blade holder, and it got stuck in the housing. When I tried to drill it out, things went wrong and the driver's side wiper started knocking against the fender. The only solution I could think of was to replace the entire mechanism, after which everything worked perfectly!
