There was a murmur in the salon, I spun the wheels on the lift, it doesn't seem to be the hub, tried driving on the lift, but the front axle turned noticeably slower than the rear one, listened to the rear differential, suspension, rear hubs, didn't hear anything suspicious. Well, I thought, must be the front differential then. Bought a new one, installed it. No improvement though. Now I have two working differentials 47:14. If anyone needs them, feel free to contact me. It turned out the issue was in the right front hub.
Replacing the differential is not particularly difficult but takes time. I took it out from the side of the frame rail. Lowered the frame a bit, didn't remove any bolts on the front end at all, removed the rear ones and lowered that part of the frame. We detached the left engine mount, steering shaft and basically that's it.
