Hello everyone)
There is such a disease in LS 4th generation — the window's rubber strip. It isn't sold separately, only as part of the glass assembly. This is expensive and time-consuming. The solution is to find a still working rubber seal from another car for spare parts. Such parts are available yet, this will be noticeably cheaper. So that's the path I took. By the way, there now exists a self-repair kit for the rubber strip, maybe I'll try it in the future
That was basically how it went with me

First remove the protective sleeve, which is easy, just pull it off. There are two clips on top and three below. Naturally, lift the window first

There will be 4 torx bolts there. Just unscrew them all. Nothing will fall out. Then simply exit the car to remove it

The new window arrived with everything assembled, even including the rear monitor

I'm removing the window itself. This can also be done without lifting, though not as conveniently

And then I put it back in place

It's important to adjust the position on all planes so that the rubber strip isn't squeezed on one side and doesn't have a gap on the other. Then the height needs adjustment too. In general, about 15 minutes work is required
Finally, I applied silicone grease which immediately brightened up the appearance and made the rubber seal look like new)

And that's it, you can now drive out confidently without any road noise worries, hopefully no more leaks either. By the way, I poured water over it, drainage isn't clogged, everything drains perfectly well. Also, a little bit of grease.
As for what to do with the old window, I'm not sure. It's a pity to throw it away, it's still good.
