The car heater fan started to squeak at negative temperatures when cold, then it would speed up and stop making noise. This issue began about 1.5 years ago but wasn't as bothersome as this year. In the same year, everything got worse and the fan squealed very loudly when cold, also starting to work rather noisily even when hot.

I followed instructions from the first link; it wasn't complicated at all.
Without much thought, I ordered two identical metal bushings for 350 rubles each.

The whole replacement process took about an hour. You remove the plastic cover under the glove compartment, then unscrew and bend out the block; you don’t have to touch the wires from it. Next, unscrew the fan itself with three or four screws; one of them is far away and needs to be felt for by hand. Once removed, pull on the motor and it will fall into your hands.
It’s all detailed in the first link, I won’t repeat myself here. To start with, I carefully lifted a locking washer using a metal mediator so as not to break the magnet. After it started lifting up, I used two flat screwdrivers, pushing against the plastic, to lift and shift the washer.
The magnet is removed, along with two washers-spacers, old bushings are knocked out with a screwdriver.
On the photo, you can see how worn they are; this is the cause of vibration/noise. Install new ones, put everything back together in reverse order. The shaft was lubricated with chain oil to ensure it’s quiet straight away without any break-in period.
Now there's complete silence, nothing heard when cold at negative temperatures or hot. Even on maximum fan speed, it runs much quieter now. By the way, before reinstalling and reconnecting it to the terminal while testing, I switched off the heater with an OFF button and saw that the fan doesn’t spin anymore.
