A vacuum ignition advance regulator is installed on the launch pads. There's also an option to find a new one, but you can try repairing it.
In brief:
— deburred with pliers
— removed the top cover
— extracted the piston with a torn membrane
— cleaned everything inside from various debris.
— at the lathe removed the upper chamfer of the disk that presses on the membrane
— bought a membrane for the carburetor vacuum regulator OZON at VAZ store (it fit perfectly)
— reassembled everything in reverse order. Although I'm lying, I assembled it three times, mistakenly assembling everything with 80 glue until someone suggested using sealant)
Connected it up, everything works.
