When buying a car, the front left and rear left door closers were not working; the problem was simply unprecedented. The spring of the closer had rotted and couldn't move the plunger; the hardest part of the repair process was removing the rear trim panel, especially if no one has ever done it before as in my case. For the repair, a spring from a Zhiguli car was needed, which had to be cut to size; I experimented a lot, but the best option with a Zhiguli is to install a very stiff spring, though the door handle will then open very stiffly, which is uncomfortable. The entire process took 1.5-2 hours and is quite simple; if you have any questions, feel free to ask.
