Hello
As I mentioned earlier, the turn signal relay started acting up: in emergency flasher mode everything is fine, but when turning on individual turn signals, it blinks as it pleases.
It's clear that the relay needs to be replaced. And then I remembered a post on drive.ru about someone who modifies turn signal relays for different car models and adds a polite blinker mode + no cheats are needed for LED lamps.
I can't say that I really need polite blinkers (although when I drive my wife's Nissan, I occasionally use them) only sometimes on the highway, but good support for LEDs is nice. In any case, if I have to change it, then already for a relay with extended functionality.
Found and ordered.

Now all that remains is to find where it is located. A search online didn't provide much information. Materials appeared for RX and LX models, and their access to the relay was from below near the driver's seat.
Removed the small lower plastic panel — nothing visible.
On the diagram, the relay isn't in any particular relay block, but somewhere around the dashboard

It seems I'll have to remove the dashboard, although I really didn't want to.
I removed the dashboard and see that the relay is still not visible in plain sight.
Eventually after looking around + turning on emergency flashers and just touching what I thought was the relay — it clicked.

The location in the Megan is inconvenient. There was an idea that maybe the panel needs to be removed, but quickly discarded it as I really didn't want to do it just for one relay.
In the end, after struggling with options, I had to remove the wire harness from its mount + move it as far as possible. Managed to reach the relay with my fingers, pulled it out along with a clip into the area where the dashboard is located.

Actually there's very little space, fingers barely fit in. Had to fiddle around.
Next step seemed straightforward — take out old one, put new one in and everything back as it was.
Trying to install the new one — doesn't fit.
Turns out the new one lacks a necessary notch

No time to fuss with it + it was getting late. Using available tools within 5 minutes I got the new relay ready )

Checked, works fine. Reassembled everything in reverse order.
Turn signals
Once encountered turn signals with a running strip of light. When seen on shorter blinkers — not very good. In the LS model the blinker is rather long and looks harmonious to my eye.Installed the turn signals (previously applied sealant at plastic joints where they connect. On drive.ru someone mentioned that it started fogging up quickly). But I must say they look pretty well made visually. Also installed LED bulbs in the rear turn signals. Now everything works normally. (no video, only photos in various positions)
