Cleaning and Repairing a Toyota Chaser Rear Seat

Due to lack of funds, I decided to do what I can with my own hands without material investment, in this case it is washing the back sofa upholstery. The main photos were taken from the vertical part as it turned out to be the most difficult in terms of tightening and disassembly. First of all, I removed everything using a pair of pliers, threading them through the rings and spreading them apart to loosen the rings. Then I remove the buttons and the upholstery itself. The only thing I will succeed with is washing. I did not soak the upholstery but washed it right away, which I recommend you don't forget). In general, I washed it, dried it, and decided to put it back. By the way, the covers turned out to be quite clean. When installing, instead of rings, I used clamps 7 mm long (I think that at present this is one of the most indispensable things in a car), if the length did not suit me, I connected two clamps, which was necessary only for buttons. Almost forgot about the hole! From the rear part of the upholstery, I cut off a piece and patched it up. On the picture, the patch stands out prominently, but I can assure you that on the Iva (model), it is barely visible!) The assembly took a long time, hangnails grew on my fingers before my eyes, so another advice: work in gloves. After assembly, I installed everything and am driving happily.
