Calibration of the height suspension if the car does not meet the desired height:

Attention! If the air suspension controller is installed, then active test will be unavailable in techstream

1 — drive the vehicle onto a flat surface, pit or alignment stand so that it’s possible to walk under the car on its own wheels

2- ensure that all sensors provide correct readings
The first diagonal — front right and rear left — straight sensors
The second diagonal — front left and rear right — inverted sensors
Pay attention to this when changing sensors to new ones, most likely you will need to rotate the sensor axes by 180° relative to the slots on the links

3- check all sensor links that ball joints move freely, not frozen, it’s better to preemptively grease them (preferably once or twice a year)

4- start the car and press the button to raise the air suspension and then lower it back to normal mode, lift the car manually on each side to relax the suspension

5- go to the air suspension section, in the data list check that all sensor readings (the first absolute values of sensors) are within acceptable limits ±20mm (if an obviously working sensor and correctly set link show significant deviations from 0 at normal height or if the car lowers into wheel wells, most likely the sensor axis is installed incorrectly and needs to be rotated by 180°), then go to active test, adjust all wheels to the desired height simultaneously to within a millimeter
Practically determined that optimal values from hub center to fender edge are:
Front wheels — 40.5 cm
Rear wheels — 39.5 cm

6- shut off the car without finishing active test as soon as the required height is set!!!

7- only now complete the active test in techstream, closing the relevant window

8- turn on the ignition but do not start the car (!)

9- now adjust mechanical adjustments of the links to sensors’ heights so that absolute values of sensors get as close to 0mm as possible

10- go to the air suspension offsets tab and set zero values for both front and rear axles in measured and required fields, apply changes

11- start the car, run it up and down using the button inside the cabin

12- check height, if necessary repeat procedure from step 4 onwards and be happy
