Hello everyone.
In general, the right repeater in the wing wasn't working. I should say it's been a while.
I didn't have time to deal with it + I read somewhere in blogs that people had to remove the under-wing cover to access it. So, messing with it was postponed for warmer weather.
Saw an entry here on drom.ru about replacing them with Chinese ones (by the way, they also lie around :)). It turned out you can remove them without going into the under-wing cover.
Plus, the relay started acting up as well, which sped up my decision to deal with it. Really gets on your nerves when you're standing with a flickering turn signal that's blinking like a stroke victim.
How to remove: theoretically, you should be able to press it along the wing from the door towards the wheel. It should give way and then you can lift it out perpendicularly to the wing. But I carefully hooked it from the door side through cloth.
The old turn signal lost its seal, water got into the contacts, etc. Tried to take out the bulb — didn't work; it broke apart.

To be honest, I was surprised that it's not serviceable. The plastic is glued on, so you can't remove the bulb.
You could potentially understand somewhere logically that Lexus owners (new ones) shouldn't bother with such small details, but I think this is an engineering flaw. It doesn't even make sense to me that a bulb can’t be replaced.
Option one — new turn signal

When I removed it, I saw some minor chips on the mounting area. I suspect it had been changed before:
