Good afternoon, dear friends! I've been dreaming of having these dear friends since the times of gs. In April this year, I found an advertisement for their sale, but at that time I couldn't buy them - in the end, I couldn't find anything like it for half a year. But then luck struck: I bought the steps for the short model.
After removing the original steps from the clips, we found connectors that, in my opinion, should be used for connection. Here's the first problem: the connectors in the car don't have any power at all. I had to cut off a connector on the steps and connect one wire to the harness, the other to the door switch. Installed the front ones - everything is great! From here, the nightmare began that lasted five hours. It was decided to transfer the lighting from the short model's steps to the long one. We pulled out the lighting, carved out the Lexus logo from the metal plate of the original steps, cut plastic in the niche of the original steps for the lighting. Everything was assembled, glued and connected similarly to the front ones. In the end, everything turned out great!
