AUTO – button for automatic climate control mode,
R/F (RECIRCULATION/FRESH) – button to switch on recirculation or take in outside air,
TEMP – button to increase temperature,
OFF – button to turn off the climate control system,
Fr.DEF – windscreen defrosting,
Rr.DEF – rear window heating.
1. Indicator check:
a) Turn on ignition. b) Press buttons «AUTO» and «R/F» simultaneously. c) Ensure that all indicators flash 4 times with a one-second interval.
2. Sensor check:
a) Starts automatically immediately after the indicator check. b) During sensor checks, fault codes appear on the display. c) Fault codes appear automatically on the screen, and if you cannot read them in time, press «TEMP» to switch to step-by-step viewing mode for faults. To view fault codes in step-by-step mode, press «TEMP».
3. Actuator check:
a) After sensor checks, press button «R/F». b) Ensure that the system works as outlined in the «Actuator Check» table (steps 1 to 10). Transition between steps occurs with one-second intervals. c) To complete the check, press the «OFF» switch.
4. Clearing fault codes:
Press buttons «Fr.DEF» and «Rr.DEF» simultaneously during the checks.

Fault Codes:
00 – normal, 11* – cabin air temperature sensor circuit, 12** – external air temperature sensor circuit, 13 – after-front-evaporator-air-temperature-sensor-circuit, 21*** – sunlight sensor circuit, 22**** – compressor clutch lock-up switch circuit, 23 – pressure switch circuit, 24*** – sunlight sensor circuit, 31 – air mix door position sensor (passenger side) circuit, 32 – air intake position sensor circuit, 33 – blower-door-actuator-position-sensor-circuit, 36 – air-mix-door-passenger-side-position-sensor-circuit, 41 – passenger-side-air-mix-door-actuator-circuit, 42 – blower door actuator switch circuit, 43 – blower door position actuator circuit, 46 – driver-side-air-mix-door-actuator-circuit, 99 – system «Multiplex» circuit.
* – if cabin temperature is around -20°C or lower, code 11 may appear on the display despite the system working properly.
** – if external air temperature is around -50°C or lower, fault code may appear on the screen even though the system works fine.
*** – if testing in a dark place, codes 21 or 24 might appear. Try to relocate testing to bright areas. If codes 21 (or 24) persist after this, there could be an issue with the sunlight sensor circuit.
**** – when compressor is locked, code 22 indicates current interruption in the circuit. To confirm, perform these operations: start engine, display sensor check mode on screen, press «RECIRC/FRESH» to display actuator test mode, press «AUTO» to return to sensor check mode, fault codes will appear after 3 seconds.
Fault codes are displayed at the location where temperature is usually shown in normal mode.
