Don't know, maybe someone will find it useful… Decided to disassemble and clean the climate control unit as there was quite a bit of dust inside. I didn't take pictures of the disassembly and cleaning process; only photos of the assembly. Oh, also wanted to ask. Could you recommend which bulbs to buy and install? The ones that are currently in it either wobble in the holes or don’t reach far enough or simply don’t light up…
Everything has been disassembled as much as possible and cleaned from dust.
We install the temperature adjustment potentiometer and board into the sliding part. Secure the mode selection buttons. Note that the windshield defogger button is equipped with an internal spring, which can be quite difficult to unlock during removal. Don't forget about the springs for the direction selection buttons and fan speed buttons.
The top buttons are in place!
Close all this mess with a cover and screw it down.
Put everything together, lubricate the slides and gears of the sliding part, connect another board.
Secure it from above and close with a cover. (No photo of the cover, forgot to take one))
