I am posting the drawing of the guide bolt for the front calipers on Mark GX-81, I think such information will be useful since I made it for myself. It all turned out well.

My story with a jammed caliper!
On one fine day, driving in the city, I felt that the left front wheel was pulling strongly, stopped to check the caliper by touching it, it was hot. Drove home, removed the wheel, the hub spun tightly, the caliper seized up and did not move on the guides. Tried to unscrew - managed with the lower one, the upper one didn't budge no matter what, in the end a part of it broke off leaving some inside the movable part of the caliper. Problem. Removed this part, clamped it in vices and began drilling out, using thin drills of 3 mm then on to 5 mm since the bolt was cemented so the core was dry, while the drills took them I kept drilling, when they stopped taking metal tried to knock out, everything went well the broken piece came loose and fell out. No spare parts available. Called around stores for two weeks delivery time. Made a sketch based on the lower guide and gave it to the lathe operator at work in the morning. By 10:00 am the bolt was ready, sent for hardening, after zinc plating. Immediately made four pieces. By evening everything was already in place. All well...the steel colt is back in action!
