Support seal number: D4020 or 254001
Brake piston number: R542901
Front brake pads (all numbers)
Here is a quick budget repair of the support described. The correct option here
If the car has been standing for a long time, the brakes rust. You need to disassemble and replace the seals. Sometimes you also need new pistons.

Remove the support (two bolts) and split it in half (also two bolts)

It is desirable to adjust the stud bearing at the same time

We extract the piston (this can be done using the brake pedal, but not always possible)

Three pistons were successfully extracted, but the fourth one refused to budge.

Had to take it to a service shop where they could extract it with a special tool
All pistons were in such condition

If they are not used and cavities remain, you need to buy a new one

A new piston is even better than the original. It has a groove for the dust boot and is easier to remove.

And brake support repair kits. Quality is roughly the same

Of course, it's possible to purchase brake tubing as well, available at many auto parts stores.

The inside of the cylinder can be cleaned with a wool wheel or similar tool. I opted for an air drill equipped with a wool wheel. Overall, not bad.

This kind of repair is extremely budget-friendly. You could paint it, but regular paint isn't suitable. High-temperature paint is required and sandblasting too. That's another level of budget.
